Expressions of interest for the Older People Targeted Fund

Expressions of interest for the Older People Targeted Fund

Manchester Health and Care Commissioning is investing £1.061m over two years into an Older People targeted fund. The primary aim of the fund is to increase the health and well-being of older people in every one of the 12 neighbourhoods of Manchester.

The funds have already been divided and allocated for each neighbourhood. We are looking to support one bid per neighbourhood. Applications for funding have to have a lead organisation currently funded via the following grant programmes:
● Our Manchester Voluntary and Community Sector (General Fund)
● Young Manchester (Youth and Play Fund)
● Councils Cultural Partnership (Grant Agreement

This is a 2 stage application process – an Expression of Interest followed by a full application.

The purpose of the Expression of Interest is to find out where groups are planning to work and if there will be any potential gaps across the city, to help to inform any further development work that will need to take place. This will be made public once we have all of the information but will not be viewed as final confirmation of an application or form part of the assessment process.

If you wish to submit an Expression of Interest please click on the link below:

Please note by completing this form you are agreeing for your details to be shared. The deadline for submission is Friday 16 August 2019.

Please note that only lead organisations can complete the expression of interest and submit it.
