Practice Managers

COURSE AIM

Following on from recent discussions at your neighbourhood meetings and the peer-to-peer review of SEAs, we have a session aimed specifically at supporting Practice Managers and their role in managing this.

A common theme amongst many of the SEAs reviewed was that of safety netting and the processes necessary to ensuring a diagnosis is not delayed.

This session intends to look at specific issues relating to these processes, providing up to date information from the NICE guidance as relates to safety netting, and supporting you as Managers to minimise patient risk.

You are asked to please bring with you an SEA that highlights any aspect of process or safety netting management from which discussions can be had.
