This session will introduce members to the key concepts, tools and theory of experience based design (EBD), and how they can apply it in practice. Teams will learn how to develop approaches to gather experiences and how to support EBD philosophy and methodology across their service or organisation.
Where: The Life Centre, Sale, Greater Manchester
Who should attend: Multi-disciplinary teams of up to five people, possibly across frontline teams, operational managers, and improvement roles. Members also welcome to invite service user/patient representatives and colleagues from within their system. Individual members are also welcome to attend, however priority will be given to teams.
