Manchester Health and Care Commissioning is committed to listening to the views of the patients and public of Manchester.
The views, thoughts and experiences of the local communities are vital in developing outstanding services in Manchester, so we are really keen to hear from you. You can do this via the following contact details:
Telephone: 0161 765 4004
We produce a number of surveys over the year where we ask you (the public) to take a moment to tell us what you think. All responses are anonymous and we will use them to assist us to improve health and care services in the future. Take a look at our latest surveys below:
Neighbourhoods Survey – We know that experiences of health care can vary between different groups of the population and in different locations. We therefore want to understand how things are different for different people and their communities so that we can identify improvements.
Mental Health Survey – We work closely with partners, including the voluntary and community sectors and patients to improve the experiences of people using mental health crisis and urgent care services in Manchester. As well as continuing to meet patients face to face, we like to use an online survey to gather additional feedback.
