How we manage conflicts of interest

At Manchester Health and Care Commissioning (MHCC), we have in place robust processes and procedures to manage any conflicts. These give confidence that our decision making is fair and transparent.

A conflict of interest occurs where an individual’s ability to make appropriate decisions, or act in a role is, could be, or is seen to be impaired or otherwise influenced by their involvement in another role or relationship.

Our Register of Interests shows currently declared interests and those declared within the previous six months. You may also request to access historically declared interests.

Grenville Page is the Lay Member for Governance and Conflict of Interest Guardian for MHCC. We also have Chris Jeffries who as a Conflicts of Interest Guardian as Chair of the Audit Committee.
